The Greenwood County Facilities Management Department strives to maintain all Greenwood County facilities at the highest possible level. In the process, we seek to develop a sound fiscal budget and operate within the constraints of that budget. At the same time, the department looks for creative ways to improve efficiencies while using cost saving techniques and new technologies. We also use preventive maintenance techniques to avoid catastrophic failure to equipment and building systems. At the end of the day, we want all Greenwood County facilities to be welcoming and pleasing to everyone who uses the services of Greenwood County.
